June 2025/Populus Seattle
I recently headed up to Seattle to spend a couple of days photographing food & beverage for a new gorgeous hotel in downtown called Populus Seattle. It's the kind of hotel you want to stay at again and again. They did an amazing job of maintaining the texture and vibe of the original 100 year old building with lots of exposed brick, cozy nooks and unique art. But this shoot was about the food and drink! It was a whirlwind couple of days capturing as much as possible in one restaurant, two bars and a café all while avoiding construction. It's a stunning hotel with equally stunning food and drink.
