The Great Eater Campout

What a FUN shoot. We pretend camped for two days shooting food and lifestyle photography on the banks of Kellogg Creek just south of Portland for a spread on Eater.com.

While we had plenty of sunshine/dappled/drizzle/etc., it is Oregon, after all. I decided to light/fill each scene through a 8x silk (see BTS shots by Arthur Hitchcock) and it worked dreamily.
